How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare scoping questions, deliver agreed services, maintain records, and protect the website and business.
Analytics and advertising measurement
In production, we may use PostHog to understand site traffic, page views, referral sources, browser/device context, interactions, and session replay. We may also use the Google tag for Google Ads measurement, conversion tracking, and traffic attribution. When an inquiry is submitted, we may associate the analytics profile with the submitted contact and company details. Session replay may include form input text visible on the page, but inquiry message text is not sent as a separate analytics event.
Sensitive information
Do not send credentials through the public form. Detailed technical information should wait for agreed secure channels.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, logging, and business operations.
